Regarding Analog Temperature Controllers We have analog thermostats or percentage control. The difference between the two is that the analog thermostat controls the temperature mechanically through the thermal expansion of the component that blocks or unblocks the electrical supply, while percentage control decreases or increases the power of the equipment, which in turn directly influences the heating temperature .
Regarding Digital Temperature Controllers We offer digital thermostats or digital panels. The digital thermostat uses the NOVUS 321 controller, a simpler controller for temperature control. The digital panel uses either the NOVUS 1030 controller with PID function or the NOVUS 1050 controller with PID function and ramp-plateau heating. In addition to these options, we also work with solutions that allow interaction with PLCs or remote activation via Wi- Fi .
The Digital Panels from Paulista Heaters can be manufactured according to NR10 standards or for export with CE certification. We also have options for working in classified EX areas. In addition to other required technical standards, as per customer requests agreed upon in the quotation.
