The Heating Thermal Hoses These heaters are used to maintain the temperature of products being dispensed into hoses, ensuring fluidity and viscosity control. Paulista Heaters It works with two models of Heated Hoses : Teflon hose with metal braid and rubberized hose.
The Heating Thermal Hoses Made of Teflon with a metal mesh, they heat up to 200ºC continuously with peaks of 260ºC for short periods of time.
The Heating Thermal Hoses The rubberized pads heat up to a continuous 120ºC with peaks of 150ºC for short periods of time.
We work with steel, stainless steel, or brass fittings, both with swivel female and fixed male fittings, as well as TC or barb connections. We offer BSP, JIC, UNF, and NPT threads. Connectors can be straight, 45°, or 90°.
Regarding the insulation layer of Thermal Heating Hoses They are made with a ceramic fiber blanket and nylon mesh, providing excellent thermal insulation and mechanical resistance. The resistive wire is encased in silicone tubing with fiberglass, which provides excellent electrical insulation up to 20KV.
The Heated Hoses from Paulista Heaters can be controlled by a bimetallic thermostat, a digital thermostat (we use NOVUS 321), or a digital panel (we use NOVUS 1030 with PID function or NOVUS 1050 for ramp-plateau control). We also supply them with sensors or thermocouples only: J, K, PT100, PTC, NI 120, or others to be connected to the customer’s machine controller. We also manufacture them with a through cable for connection to a spray gun.
