They are manufactured with an excellent insulating material that guarantees electrical insulation up to 20KV. They are also resistant to humidity and chemical products, and are easy to clean6. They are very flexible so that they perfectly mold to the surface even if it is crumpled7. The silicone also has good Shore hardness, which gives it a crushing resistance of up to 3kg/cm².
